In the swirl of media coverage, as all eyes are once again on Florida in the heat one of the most important presidential races in decades, few Floridians will be focused further down their ballots on an issue that will have also have far-reaching consequences.  It’s called Amendment 5, the “Tax Swap” amendment.  On the surface, it’s being sold as tax relief that almost too good to be true.  That’s until you hear the back story.  If passed, Amendment 5 could likely morph into the largest tax increase in Florida history, with disastrous implications to Florida’s economy and the advertising industry.
